Admin Dashboard
A guide to understanding and navigating the Grassroots 360 Admin Dashboard, including key metrics, revenue charts, and subscription status overview.
Using the Admin Dashboard

Access the Admin Panel
Log in to your Grassroots 360 account. From the main navigation, click the Admin area or navigate to your club's admin URL. You will land on the Admin Dashboard home page.
Only users with Admin permissions can access the Admin panel. Contact your club administrator if you do not have access.

Review the Summary Cards
At the top of the Dashboard you will see six summary cards:
• Total Members – The total number of registered members in your club.
• Active Subs – The number of members with an active subscription.
• Revenue (30d) – Total revenue collected in the last 30 days.
• Failed Payments – The number of payments that have failed and require attention.
• Uncollectable – The total amount marked as uncollectable.
• Open Enquiries – The number of open enquiries awaiting a response.
Click "View all" on any card to go directly to the relevant section.
Red or yellow values on cards indicate items requiring immediate attention, such as failed payments or open enquiries.

Read the Monthly Revenue Chart
The Monthly Revenue – Last 12 Months bar chart displays your club's revenue month by month over the past year. Hover over any bar to see the exact revenue figure for that month. Use this to identify peak and low revenue periods.

Check Subscription Status
The Subscription Status doughnut chart on the right shows the breakdown of all subscriptions:
• Green = Paid
• Yellow = Pending
• Red = Failed
• Grey = Uncollectable
The coloured summary bars below the chart show the total amounts for each category.
If you see a high number of Failed or Pending subscriptions, navigate to Finance > Expenses or Reports > Subs to take action.

View the Revenue Trend & 3-Month Forecast
Scroll down to see the Revenue Trend & 3-Month Forecast chart. This shows your actual revenue (solid line) alongside a projected 3-month forecast (dashed line). Use the Actual / Forecast toggle buttons in the top-right of the chart to show or hide each line.
The forecast is automatically calculated based on your historical revenue data.

Navigate to Other Sections
Use the left-hand sidebar navigation to move between sections:
• General – Manage enquiries, news, CMS pages, and users.
• Finance – Handle expenses and manual payments.
• Club Management – Manage players, teams, fixtures, resources, and match days.
• Communicate – Send emails to members.
• Shop – Manage orders and inventory.
• BootXchange – View boot exchange requests.
• Reports – Access subscription and expense reports.
• Settings – Configure site, social media, email, and schedules.
Click the arrow icon (>) next to any main section to expand its sub-menu.
