How to manage the BootXchange feature in the Grassroots 360 Admin Panel, allowing club members to exchange football boots and equipment.
Viewing and Managing Boot Exchange Requests

Navigate to BootXchange
From the Admin Panel, click BootXchange in the left-hand navigation menu, then select Requests. The BootXchange dashboard displays a table of all boot exchange listings submitted by club members.
BootXchange is a feature that allows club members to list football boots and equipment they no longer need, so other members can request to exchange or acquire them.

Review exchange listings
The listings table shows key details for each item, including the Brand and Size of the boots. Review the listings to see what members are offering for exchange.
Members submit their own listings through the club-facing side of Grassroots 360. As an admin, you can oversee and manage all active listings.

Manage a specific listing
Click on a listing in the table to view its full details. From here you can review the item information and take any necessary administrative action, such as approving, removing, or following up on the listing.
If a listing contains inappropriate content or incorrect information, you can remove it to keep the BootXchange board accurate and appropriate for all members.
